If, after joining, you reasonably believe the service does not provide the features described at the time of purchase, you may contact the support team to request cancellation. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed against the service delivered and this policy.

VIP Premium Group

For an eligible and approved VIP cancellation, 30% of the payment is deducted as a service and administration fee. The remaining 70% is refunded through an available agreed payment method.

If you do not have enough time to analyze the market or place trades manually, you can join our Copy Trading Service.

Our Copy Trading Service allows our trades to be copied automatically to your trading account. Simply complete the setup once, and your account will receive our trades automatically. You do not need to monitor the market or trade manually.

According to our refund policy:

How to Request a Review

• Do not publish payment details or account credentials in public channels.
• Allow reasonable time for verification and response.

Important Conditions

Network fees, payment-provider fees, exchange-rate differences and completed profit-share obligations may be non-refundable. Fraud, abusive behavior, unauthorized redistribution of premium content or chargeback misuse may make a request ineligible, subject to applicable law.
